ThriveOps is a human-first learning, talent, and revenue operations ecosystem. This Website is the public brand, marketing, and lead conversion layer. It is separate from our learning platform (LMS), CRM, and payment systems. By using this Website, you agree to these Terms.

2. No Employment or Placement Guarantees

ThriveOps does not guarantee employment, job placement, hiring, salary outcomes, career outcomes, or completion rates.

Our programs provide training, skill development, and career guidance. We do not imply that completing a program guarantees employment or any specific career outcome. Talent access services connect employers with trained professionals but do not guarantee placement for any learner.

3. No Revenue or Performance Guarantees

ThriveOps does not guarantee lead counts, appointment counts, pipeline values, revenue outcomes, or campaign performance.

Revenue Operations services provide managed infrastructure and execution. We report on performance transparently but do not guarantee specific results. Any performance-linked fees are based on actual measured outcomes, not projected guarantees.

4. Program Status Classification

Programs and services are classified by operational readiness:

• CONFIRMED — Operationally ready and enrolling
• LAUNCHING — In active launch preparation
• EMERGING — In development, not yet operational
• FUTURE — Planned, not yet in development

We do not present emerging or future capabilities as mature operational services.

5. Pricing

Program pricing is cohort-based and may change. Published prices are subject to change without notice. We do not hard-code pricing around proposed figures. Pricing displayed on program pages reflects the current cohort when available. "Cohort-Based," "Waitlist Open," and "Pricing TBA" indicate that pricing is not yet published.

Any testimonials or learner stories published on this Website represent individual experiences. They do not represent guaranteed or typical results. We do not fabricate testimonials, employment outcomes, salary outcomes, completion rates, or accreditation claims.
